geo started working again without me doing anything.

I just noticed my GEO is messed up, yesterday it was working but today over 90% of my traffic is showing as unknown. I did manually update the geo yesterday that must be what messed it up. I tried updating it again but same result.

Is it possible for it to remember sorting in the admin in IE, seems to work fine in chrome. Just have a question about the free version. Does it take the 1% clicks from skim traffic only or does it also take that 1% from toplist links as well?
