What's the best option you recommend? Use metatag in header or for every individual link like you suggest in TE wiki?

Hello, it's not a TE related problem but it's a problem between https and http protocol because the referrers get lost. What happens with HTTPS thing? I also have the same problem! Not all visits are counted by TE
