I just checked this on the web https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo/issues/6465
This might be the bug of php5.6,it should be upgrade to php7 to resolve this issue.

I switched to PHP 5.6.0 and now I keep getting the following warning in error.log of TE3 directory. PHP Deprecated: Automatically populating $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA is deprecated and will be removed in a future version.
