I noticed it long time ago as well...

I had some traders which has value more than others (x2) and very low in\out ratio and there is no any capping...
I remember that it was some parameter to recalculate value

yeah i know - but it doesn't fix the problem

error log have a lot of records every cron start (and its negative for server performance)
also i have found - space leak
TE doesn't delete old geoip bases..
and also i still have problem with auto geoip update on paid versions (on free its ok)
