Please create a feature in script for thumbs rotator without need to use another scripts

I could fix it
for who has same problem :
make a file with name .htaccess in your root of domain and paste following lines in it :

DirectoryIndex index.shtml index.php
Options +Includes
AddType text/html .shtml
AddOutputFilter INCLUDES .shtml

I receive below error on index.shtml to connect script :

'an error occurred while processing this directive'

Whenever i try to create toplist by input form or file , i receive below error
how can fix it

Error occured
Error: Update validation failed, illegal characters!
