Sorry, but TE3 only works on Unix-based servers (Linux servers, FreeBSD...etc.) and will not work on Windows-based servers.

if you are using the "free" version of TE3, your traffic will probably be redirected to an adult site. If you wish to avoid this, you can purchase a "paid" copy for your non-adult site, which will not redirect your traffic at all.
