I had a similar issue when I moved my sites from old server to new and on new server I had different configuration of web server and web panel. Did you just migrate your sites? You might have a files ownership problem, for example, if your files (te3) are owned by apache or httpd or even root instea...

you definitely have server config issues. nothing to do with te3.

what web panel are you using? its likely file permission and file ownership problems: the trade expert process cannot access files etc, cannot open and write into them thats why you see the strange graphs too

it looks like you are using some kind of caching software? that would be my guess. Minified style sheet, minified javascript?

I used to have similar messed up screen, when I used cloudflare.

What is supposed to be the correct permissions? I read here that all files tedata should be 666. So I did so.

How about folders? I have them now on 755.

Still no go.
