Your TE3 works as expected - you need incoming (raw) traffic to trigger the pseudo-cron. When pseudo-cron is triggered, your toplist will get regenerated. If/when your website receives enough traffic, the toplist gets regenerated every "x minutes". You can read more about it in our online ...

Could you please give me a few more details on your issue - is TE3 tracking traffic as expected, are the toplists being generated, etc. I've also sent you a PM with additional instructions.
