Bunch of licenses on abandoned domains - Q for support

Hello,
I'm trying to get support, but no luck so far. I would like to know if my licenses that are attached to abandoned sites, can be turned to fresh licenses, so I can use them on my new sites of network I'm building. I own like 80+ licenses and have around 50 of them on abandoned domains, that are not working anymore. So I would like to transfer those on my new sites.
Who can help me about this. I wrote email and left msg on ICQ about this.
