Upgrade TradeExpert to support PHP 7.2

Hi,

I have a question. I have a lot of TE scripts installed and they are installed on servers with PHP 5.5

However, I am looking to upgrade the servers to PHP 7.2

Is there a way to upgrade the current TE installations to support PHP 7.2 or do I need to make fresh TE installations with the version that supports PHP 7.2?

Also, in the latter case, how can I backup the toplists templates? Since toplists templates are made through script, would I be able to simply copy/paste through FTP the templates in the new installations? That means also I have to take care of the chmod permissions in the toplist folder.

Hello,

sure you can update them, copy everything to php 7.2 or make a backup, then download install.php for php 7.2 and run it one more time, all your data will stay as it is.
