In.php Errors

I have a strange issue where if you hit the home page directly the page cannot load, but if you come from a referrer it loads and everything is fine. Can you please let me know what I might look for to troubleshoot the issue?

Actually, for any sites that I upgrade to the latest version I have to comment out the in.php to get the pages to load. They are all Wordpress sites. What steps can I take to troubleshoot?

Hello,
can you tell me which ver of PHP is on your server, and from which ver of TE3 did you update to which one?
You can also PM TE3 login details so i can take a look.

Thank you for the response. We are on php 7.2 but have also tried 7.3. I am not sure which version of TE we were on, 3.2xx but now we have upgraded to 3.332. I will send the admin details via PM. For now we are using the javascript version of in.php and it is working fine.
