Please, installing the script just create directories then it stops installation with message: "Error: Incorrect TE customer username or password."


I used alphanumeric characters for user and pass
Chmod TE directory to 755
Chmod install.php to 755
PHP Version 7.1.33 (I downloaded the right install.php)

have you try to reset your customer password and try it again?
