core files

Post by sergey »

Hello
I have FreeBSD 7.1-RELEASE-p8 #1: amd64 on my server and I installed http://tradeexpert.net/install/v2/insta ... D-7_64.zip
And i see core files in cgi-bin/te/ directory (cstat_in.core, in.cgi.core, admin.cgi.core)
is it normal?
Thanks

We are aware of it. It occurs on some servers under some circumstances. It's not critical, but we'll get this resolved with the next release. Thank you.

I have the same problem, running FreeBSD 8.1-RELEASE 32 Bit I am getting a few dozen of this every day:

pid 10803 (in.cgi), uid 80: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
pid 13644 (o.cgi), uid 80: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)

I reinstalled TE to make sure I am not using some outdated files or something broke but the problem persists.

Running paid 2.211 btw.
