This might not be TE3 related - I've sent you a PM with additional questions and instructions.

I had a similar issue when I moved my sites from old server to new and on new server I had different configuration of web server and web panel. Did you just migrate your sites? You might have a files ownership problem, for example, if your files (te3) are owned by apache or httpd or even root instead of the actual web user. Say if your web user is hgclub, and trade expert files are owned by apache, or a different user, they cant be executed. If this is the case you can use the chown (change ownership) bash command.

My guess is too that you have file write permission error, (chmod) the trade expert log files cannot be updated/accessed thats why you see strange graphs. At least this happened like this in my case. You can check for this easily. go and change a trade expert configuration setting like at custom algo change prod bonus to 50%, hit update. Then logout from trade expert, login again and see if you actually have 50% there or if your change was not registered. If you see 0% there (default) then this confirms you have permission/ownership problems of the files.
