How to block urls that go through out.php and are not my traders?

For example:
site.in/w/o.php?u=https://newsforce.link/sitemap-1155.xml
site.in/w/o.php?u=https://sexxcams.pw
site.in/w/o.php?u=https://newsforce.link/sitemap-995.xml
site.in/w/o.php?u=https://newsforce.link/sitemap-1003.xml

Hello,

you can rename u in general settings under Customizing and renaming TE3 modules to any other uniq name and i think they won't be able to spam trough u parameter.

surely the malicious third parties doing this, will just change the refspam/links they are using, by copying what you have renamed them too.

because they will be able to see what you change out.php and u= to .

so it will be a temporary fix (or u just have to hope they dont hit your site again)
or am i missing something?
