New feature for seller

Hello!
Please add the function to the seller so that you can choose what quality of traffic we want to send for sale! It would be very convenient to choose which countries you want to sell traffic from. At least since you have it implemented in the trade when you can enable the function " Include GNB quality ratio in the algorithms for outgoing traffic distribution"
