I can't add a toplist

Hi,

Today I spend about 4 hours trying to add a toplist in my website but it seems impossible for me.

First of all I follow the manual to create the toplist like this one:



But, what should I now with that code?

I add a new toplist and I add the example template showed in the manual:



But when I click to Preview toplist appears a page like this:



Is this correct? I don't know because in the manual example appears domain names. (Note: I added three trades before create the toplist) If I search in html code, then appears the websites:



But I suposse that I'm doing it right. So now what?

I must to add it into my website but WHERE? In pages.php? In a php sidebar widget? In header area? body? Where? Can you explain with screenshots how to add that code in pur website? not everybody knows about php.
