Different errors upgrading TE

Four domain I just tried to update from v2.106 gave this error when updating. It does say v2.107 now though.

tar: cron/cstat: Cannot open: File exists

Two domains v2.106 gave this error when updating. Looks like both are updated though since it also say v2.107 now.

tar: ./calendar/prev.gif: Cannot open: File exists

One domain v2.004 gave this error when updating. It says v2.107 now.

tar: iface/2/full_h: Cannot open: File exists

On one domain v2.002 I get this error when trying to update. This domain I can't update.

I guess since most of the sites seems to update despite the errors I don't have to worry?

Just an update.

The sites which showed below error when updating now all shows a Cron failure at bottom:
tar: cron/cstat: Cannot open: File exists

Tried the Re-add crons option but just gives me another error:

File user and current user missmatch! Please check and re-add them manual

We've checked your issue through SSH and the problem was in permissions. Web update should work now.
