Why overclicks does not block?

This is my settings:

Auto blocking: Enable
If a single IP produces more than 10 incoming raws or 20 outgoing raws in a period of 5 min,
automatically block it for 30 minutes.
Display "blocked message"...

I go to the site and does 31 clicks in a two minutes in row. This clicks are displayed in "Cheat logs", but I never see the "blocked message" - overclicks normally goes to content. And my IP is not listed in Block or Trusted lists..

Why?

This feature should work properly. PM me your TE login details and copy paste me the exact link u were clicking on and i will test it under the same conditions as u have.
