How to move to new server

What is to do if I´m moving my TGP and tradescript to new server?

As I can install script newly on ne server this may be no problem but which files do I have to move also?

ok....found the guide within the installation guide but one question left open

For testing purposes until nameserver is updated I´m using another "interim domain" - will this affect the installation process?

unfortunately that does not work....

calling rinstall I got a message

Error: tecgi.tar.gz cannot be found!

Isn´t it possible to create a new instal and just uploading the needed stats files after that and updating the domain and license key also then?

You have to follow server move instructions exactly as described. Do not skip steps. You can find installation, upgrade and server move instructions inside customers area / installation guide for v 2.x.

In your case "tecgi.tar.gz" could not be found, because u didn't follow step 9 in the server move section. You copied just "rinstall", but u should copy the whole installation package, untar it and then run rinstall.
