Toplist Updating

I installed TradeExpert yesterday and created a toplist - set to update every 20 min. The toplist shows up fine but never changes, just stays the same as when I created it. How do I get it to update?

How much traffic do u currently have on your web site? If you don't have any traffic, then this could be the reason. If you do have traffic,send me over your TE login details and i'll check.
