I'l tried to save my interface for the static overview for now quite about 2 hours and it seems there is no way to get it saved that I can transfer it to another domain.
What happens:
Every time I save my setup it looks like I want to have the columns ordered, but don't do any change, because:
Opening the template with "Edit Interface" from the statistics overview or thru "options"-> "interfaces" and just saving it without any change, you'll get a completely disordered result - and it seems like to be random.

Never saw this problem before, but i will answer you the as for the thumb grabber. We already totally modified interface wizard to work with jquery method using totally different approach which will be available with the next update.
