Moving to subdomain

Hello,
I have recently made some changes on site,
so now - script installation left as is on main domain,
all the pages, where script counting traffic on, were moved to subdomain.
My questions are :
Do i need to make some changes in script settings?
Preventing self traffic count from domain and subdomain, how it will work?
