Geo IP, good bad normal traffic

Guys,
I have successfully installed TE3 onto a few domains of mine
I have just installed it onto 2 new domains and works fine except 1 thing
the good, bad and normal traffic has no countrys in it what so ever. I have tried reinstalling it, updateing the GEO ip
but no luck.
any ideas?
