GNB module weights do not update

This has been a bug for at least 6 months now. It would be pretty nice to see it solved at last...
When you modify countries, you regroup them in GNB, you save the changes to update on whole network, it works fine. Yet, the weights will never update, they stay default. Also, if you make a change in countries, say you put one country in another group, save, and again, the wights will restore to default on the whole network.
