Can't edit trades

Hi!
I am using paid version 3.249
everytime when I try edit single trade I get blank window and "loading" message for infinite time (

now I can load form, but "Loading" is still active infinitely
and when I save data I get
Error occured
Max out ratio parameter is missing!
parameter is missing!
same thing with information about trades (when I click on domain name) - it is not loading
