Login and Password doesn't work

I can login to tradeexpert.net obviously, but my login and password doesn't work on my site.

Is this common?

Hello, anthonyaksa

customer registration username and password are valid for tradeexpert.net and also for our support forum.
To login to your site, you must enter username "admin" and password that was e-mailed to you. If you have forgotten your password,
use "Forgotten password" service at the bottom of the login page to retrieve it.
