Cron / cstat_in issue

Hello,
We have problems with TE cron.
In the admin area (in the footer) it says:
Task failure: 17h 35min
File tedata/refdata/error.dat exists, but it is empty.
Code: Select all
$ ./cstat_in
Delaying for 3 seconds...
And stuck for several minutes.
And in process list we can see for many instances running (cstat_in).
Could you advice how can we fix this?
TE version: 2.211 (Paid version)

Hello basileus,
sorry but we do not support TE2 any more and it's out dated, because TE3 is out for 5 years already and it's updated all the time, so please upgrade to TE3.

Hello,
I have found how to install a new instance of TE3.
Is there any way to upgrade?
We would like to keep traders list and stats.
Can we use license from TE2 on TE3?

We've installed TE3 and migrated there trades from TE2.
But it is on free license.
How can we use there paid license we used for TE2?
