If by remote tracking you mean tracking feeder traffic through
http://www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/te/in.cgi?id=ID then I also have this problem.
But wierd thing is that I can't upgrade to build 8, I still have build 7 and update manager says "Currently there are no new updates!".
Is this because I use a free version of TE?
Is there a way to upgrade manually? I really need to use this feature.

Hi there, remote tracking is something else. Open manual and search for "remote tracking" for more info, it is one of the topics (at the bottom of the list). You should be able to
track feeder traffic normally. Check topic "Feeder traffic", it's described step by step how to set it up. It's very simple though.

Jim

Like I said, it's not working as it should (all set up as in the manual). If I send derectly to intex page it couns 1 hit, if I send to /cgi-bin/te/in.cgi?id=ID it couns 2 hits. I have set TE to prevent double racking but it does not help.

Tracking feeder traffic works fine in TE, so u must have setup something wrong, but it's hard to say what without taking a look.
Contact me on ICQ please, so we can have a live chat.
