Free Licence transformed into paid license.

Hi,
I paid with Paxum.
But I fail to transfer my free license to a paid license.
I have this error:
"Error occured
Error: No more unused licenses paid! You can check payment status and place new orders from the "TE shop" menu. "
Maybe you need validation manually?
