Site login issue

Hello,
Ive been unable to log into another one of my sites for a few days. Previously it wouldn't Keep "me signed in for 2 weeks." for the past few weeks so I simply logged in each time. Now the password fails. I had it send me a new password which it did but the new pass doesn't work either.
Previously Rock gave me a test pass for another sight that had log in issues and which I tried with this site but it let me in only once.
Efforts included editing the userdb.dat but no luck.
