Need TE3 installer and a toplist for my site

I am a newbie in script installation and wish to get a professional install that works, and to create a toplist for a site I have. I will pay you for your help. PM and we can do this asap. Really appreciate your time, I´m a 100% serious. If you have spare time and are able to help me with this, we can get this done.

This is not a joke, or me being lazy. I need help installing TE3 and I can pay for it. Anybody has spare time for this?
