As I understood Out list is sorted by some value = "Owed ratio". But how calculated Owed ratio? What's "Owed ratio" formula?

te3 uses a very simple (but efficient) algo to calculate outgoing priority.

basically: (if you use value formula)

value x owed ratio x GNB

value is click T / out T (so basically its "cost of sales" or efficiency)


owed ratio is in/out

Then, what you see on out list is possibility of hits going to those trades.
