lost visitors

TE3 sees only about 1/5 of incoming visitors. But at the same time it sees all activity: how many clicks on the video, even from invisible visitors. Example: from another site, 50 people were sent to my site. They сlicked 60 times to video. But in my TE3 I see that only 10 visitors came and they clicked 60 times on the video. Accordingly, I do not see adequate statistics.
What can be wrong?
Installed 5 copies of TE3, on two sites all is well, on other three - this bug.
