Huge file "error.log" and growing all the time

On one of my sites I have problem with file .../tedata/error.log - it contains of tons of similar lines like

[28-Aug-2017 11:19:02 UTC] PHP Notice: [obfuscated](): Timezone ID 'System/Localtime' is invalid in /home/clients/ftp0/domains/mydomain.com/html/v/x.php on line 0
---
How to avoid these errors or limit the size of error.log file?

Hello dimitry, if this is the only error in the log file that is filling it up please set the timezone correctly in the php.ini file or ask your host to do it, the parameter should be date.timezone. You can always delete the log via ftp, if you have any other questions please contact us on ICQ.
