I've read in TE wiki you can track incoming traffic adding a code between </head> code. It's ok, but where to see all the incoming traffic? How I know what sites are sending me traffic and what sites not?

in overview you will see all the traffic that is coming in, under unknown referrer you will see all domains that you don't have on your trade list. And you can read the wiki for more info.
