Unexpectedly closed the connection

Hey!
I got > 600 traders. Admin panel works fine, but when i check all the traders and mass editing them i got this error:
mydomain.com unexpectedly closed the connection and that's all.
On another serverm with the same issue i got this error:
500
internal server error
Something went wrong. Please try your request again.
Anyone knows how to fix? maybe increase memory or limits or smth on server
