Scratch that similar problem.

Same error message.
creating directories... done
sending request...

Error: Please download the latest version of the installer from http://tradeexpert.net/download.html

But mine installs the directories/folders (nothing in them)
also it installs them even if you use the wrong password for the account.
php 7.2.17
ioncubloader 10.3
safemode ... yes
allow url fopen ... no

any ideas?
