I want to add pictures

hello
I want to add pictures with my hands for a thumbs top for a site where there are no pictures because there is only text on it.
the script grab pictures on the top for other sites everything works, everything shows
but only on one site there are no pictures for the thumb top.
and I can't do it
toplist - images - plus
I put a link to the picture on my server
when I hover over the magnifying glass, it is visible
, I click save and nothing
then any buttons stop working in this window
, please help fix the problem
