Where to set to push x amounts of hits daily ?

i want to push daily 50/100 hits to few trades.

i see there is option to force instantly ., but other force option i dont understand.

i have set up the skim for external trades only and not the system trades.

for internal skim which says i have to set the skim for each trade.

how do i set the internal skim for all trades ?. without editing each and every trade ?

idk what has happened ,when i checked stats of my sposor i found very low hits, so checked my site and i got.
