Founds the problem, it actually wasn't the script. Just in case anyone else is having the same problem, it was because APC wasn't caching files correctly.

I'm doing some traffic trades, some of the sites I trade with don't want any skimmed traffic, was curious if there's a way to add them as a trade so they will show on the top-site list but not send any skimmed traffic to them. Hope that makes sense.
