I get that error, but i am in te directory

i get this on new install for paid version also

what does that mean?

I see in change log where it says: Blocked IPs to gallery: You can now set blocked IPs to be send to galleries., so does this mean if I add in google IPs that they will go to galleries and skip the skim when they crawl site?
