The above error is already solved and it had nothing to do with TE. It was a mod_security rule that was causing it so it had to do with my server config.

Hi Alex! I managed to solve the above issue. It was something with the way I was constructing the URLs, now it counts traffic out but it only counts traffic in from bookmarks , all the rest is showing zeros for traffic in although I know that at least 2 of the trades I have there are sending traffic...

Hi there! Everything was working fine yesterday but today I'm getting a "403 Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/te/o.cgi on this server." error when I click any link on my website that is being tracked by TE. Also, no traffic is being counted. What may be causing this...

I've managed to solve this with a code snippet I found in another thread of this forum (http://forum.tradeexpert.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=142)

It's remote tracking as you referred.

I'm using the Multi page layout PHP tracking method but I'm getting the error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function virtual() in /home/[user]/public_html/te/te_redirect.php on line 61

Can you please advise on how this can be solved?
