Sell % of your traffic in seller settings

Hello!

1) if I try set Sell % = 0,60 i get error:
Sell % of your traffic validation failed, illegal characters, please input a number between 0 and 100!
It possible set sell from 2nd click?

2) If I setup sell % = 10%, and surfer click couple of times, it will be redirect to sell just once as unique or can be redirected couple of times?
