Installation problem

I got these message: Error: Host 'tradeexpert.net' returned: Try Again Later
There must be something wrong with DNS on your server. When you've added the following into your hosts file first: 146.82.206.61 tradeexpert.net, it worked fine. Contact your admin to check your DNS configuration.
