403 Forbidden error

Hi there!
Everything was working fine yesterday but today I'm getting a "403 Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/te/o.cgi on this server." error when I click any link on my website that is being tracked by TE.
Also, no traffic is being counted. What may be causing this? Can it be something with my host?
Thanks,
Hugo

Hello Hugo,
yes it's posible that they changed something try to contact them maybe a htaccess or something like that could cause it, or some one has changed permissions on cgi-bin/te/ directory or *.cgi files in that directory, check if cgi-bin/te/ is chmoded to 755 and all *.cgi files in that dir also.
Regards,
Alex

Hi Alex!
I managed to solve the above issue. It was something with the way I was constructing the URLs, now it counts traffic out but
it only counts traffic in from bookmarks, all the rest is showing zeros for traffic in although I know that at least 2 of the trades I have there are sending traffic to the website where the error is occurring.
The strangest thing is that it was counting a few days ago, as it can be seen here ยป
http://www.amateurpornvids.net/webmasters/credits.php (the "total in" has hits in there from when it was counting but the "24H in" is showing 0) and it stopped counting without changing anything. I'm using remote tracking, all chmods seem to be correct and I don't know what else to do to make it count.
Can you please advise about what to do to try to solve this?
Thanks again,
Hugo

The above error is already solved and it had nothing to do with TE. It was a mod_security rule that was causing it so it had to do with my server config.
Thanks for you kind help Alex!
