on footer i m seeing this

i am on shared hosting dont have ssh access., should i add cron or something ?,,

newly installed script incoming tracker added not outgoing added yet.

Do you have any traffic on the site? Because in.cgi should trigger pseudo cron.
If you still have this problem you can send me a PM with TE login details and a page where you have incoming tracker set.
