Trying to install free version- http://www.ballbustingbitchs.com/cgi-bin/te/install.cgi end up with Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-bin/te/install.cgi was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am hosting with dreamhost which does not have cgi-bin as directory not sure if that is the problem-but any help would be appreciated.

You should talk to your admin about this. They have to prepare a working "cgi-bin" directory before you can install TE.
Sorry for a late reply, we're really busy with beta testing TE3.
