My IP is blocked for admin - help needed !

Hi guys,
Beautiful script, I just installed my first one last night and whilst looking around I added my ip. It seems my ip is different today, so I cannot get into the admin area
I get:
Error occured
Your IP (xxxxxxxxx) is not in allowed list.
I looked as previously suggested for the file te3/tedata/idata/allowed.dat and could not find it via FTP.
So I'm kind of locked out - what do I do ??

P.S - I will be changing many if not all of my sites to te3 I've decided ....
