Problem with Signup Page

Hi
The signup page doesn't work on any of my sites. I mean the page itself works, but the "signup" button doesn't show up. Reloading the page doesn't help.
If I turn on "webmaster statistic open for public" in the signup page settings and after that press login on signup page, the signup button does appear. This is the only case when the signup page starts working.
How to I fix this problem?
